This Shipping Policy governs all shipping services and transactions conducted through the Homivivo website (hereinafter referred to as “we”). By placing an order on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below. This policy applies exclusively to products purchased through our online store.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently provide delivery services within Australia only. Orders with delivery addresses outside Australia are not supported at this time.
2. Shipping Costs
Orders with a total value of 135 AUD or above (including 135 AUD) are eligible for free shipping.
Orders below 135 AUD are subject to a fixed shipping fee of 8.99 AUD.
All applicable shipping charges are clearly reflected at checkout. No hidden or additional fees will be added after payment.
3. Order Cut-Off Schedule
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).
Orders submitted before 5:00 PM on business days will be processed on the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM, as well as those submitted on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
4. Order Handling & Processing
After payment confirmation, orders typically require 1–3 business days for preparation and handling. Once processing is completed, the package will be handed over to the selected shipping carrier for dispatch.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Following shipment, the estimated delivery timeframe is 7–10 business days.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier schedules, or seasonal order volumes. While delays are uncommon, we appreciate your understanding should they occur.

7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent containing your order number, payment confirmation, and shipping details.
You may also visit the “Track My Order” page on our website and enter your email address or phone number along with your order number to view the latest delivery status.
8. Shipping Responsibility & Disclaimer
Lost or Damaged Items: If your package is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team promptly so we can assist with a resolution.
Order Changes or Cancellations: Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been shipped. If you need to make changes, please contact us as early as possible before dispatch.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses. Any additional shipping costs resulting from address errors will be the customer’s responsibility.
9. Delivery Confirmation & Inspection
Upon delivery, please inspect the outer packaging before signing for the parcel.
If you notice visible damage, we recommend refusing the delivery and contacting us immediately.
If damage or missing items are discovered after acceptance, please notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate and assist accordingly.
