  • Orders can be directly canceled within 48 hours of placing the order (provided that the order has not yet been shipped).

  • Orders that are more than 48 hours old or have already been shipped cannot be directly canceled. In this case, you can wait for the delivery and then contact us for a return and refund. For more details, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

2. Order Cancellation Process

  • Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request order cancellation, providing the following information: order number, payment proof, etc.

  • Our customer service team will immediately process your request, and once approved, we will notify you of the result and arrange the refund.

3. Refund Process

Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the payment card you used at the time of purchase (including JCB, Mastercard, and VISA).

  • Timeframe for Refund: The time it takes for the refund to reach your account depends on the processing speed of the bank or payment provider. We expect refunds to be credited to your account within 3-5 business days. If the refund is delayed beyond this time, please contact us for assistance.
